Dose of Roses does offer returns on any items that were Wrong. The process for this type of occurrence would be to provide the items that were desired and the items that were delivered, as well as pictures. This will aid the support team's investigation.
Once the investigation confirms the Dose of Roses did not deliver the right items then a return process can begin. The strict rule that Dose of Roses administers is that a client must fill out a return form (https://bit.ly/2UAvoX4) and send back the item within 14 days. A return tracking number is also required to be provided to ensure a quick and easy return.
All items that are returned need to be unopened and in its original package. The reason being is that the item once returned needs to be sellable.
Once a return is received, one can either exchange the undesirable item for the item that was desired or an E-Gift Card can be issued instead.
