Dose of Roses recognizes that a Return to Sender (RTS) scenarios can be very frustrating for any customer, however, there is support for these types of occurrences.
The addressee who refuses to accept the item or pay postage charges on the item, then this will automatically become an RTS. In this circumstance, the buyer will be provided with a store credit minus the shipping charge. This is because the customer has the responsibility to know if they will incur postage charges due to their area and the customer also has to follow the right return process to ensure a full store credit refund.
Additional reasons for an RTS would be due to an Insufficient Address, Not Deliverable as Addressed & Vacant.
Insufficient address means that Mail without number, street, box number, route number, or geographical section of a city which will lead to an RTS.
An RTS can also occur with a Vacant status which indicates the item can not be delivered due to a none occupied a House, apartment, office, or building.
Not Deliverable as Addressed suggests that the item was undeliverable at address given because the person had moved and no forwarding address was provided
